We have worked with this company a few times and have had a GREAT EXPERIENCE each time. From the ladies in the office being friendly and helpful everytime we called, they answered every question we had. The estimator and the crews were frinedly, on time and had great communication with me as a homeowner. throughout the entire process I have recommneded this company to friends and will continue to in the future. Highly recommneded by our insurance company. Everyone I wokred with was very professional, always kept us up to date on the progress. Timely in getting the job completed! I would highly recommned them.

Had a pipe bust and Sermat came out the day of. Inspected the job and had employees there within 24 hours drying out the wet floors. They painted, and replaced my floor and tile in a promptly manner and were very easy to get in touch with throughout the whole process. Would deffinetly use them again.

My Aunt had water damage and Sermat Construction came highly recommended by her insurance after I told them I wanted them to only send their top rated service provider. Sermat did not disappoint. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. All work was completed in a timely manner and done within the budget established. There was a high level of professionalism dealing with the company and I was very pleased with all work performed. I will be referring them to other family members.

I would use Sermat over and over again! Ryan Haskell is extremely professional and easy to talk to/explain things to. He has a good eye for detail and makes sure that the teams on the project are doing their best work.
I appreciate, especially in our situation, how they went out of their way and sped up the project so that we could be back in our home for thanksgiving (a very rare find in the construction/reno industry).

Sermat did a great job from beginning to end. They were timely, the work was great and they left our house/roof clean. We would absolutely use them again!

The team at Sermat was able to put my house back together after a leak damaged my bathroom and laundry room. They patched holes in the ceiling and pretty much redid my entire bathroom, including putting in a new vanity, tile and toilet. They even hooked up a bidet attachment for me!

The thing I appreciated the most was their ability to get me on the schedule quickly and get my life back to normal. Any time I had questions or concerns, the team was quick to return my call and work through it.
